To create an account on 3g33, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• You must register your account with accurate and truthful information.
• Only one account per person is permitted.

• Any changes to your account information must be updated promptly.

3g33 may request additional identification or documents for verification at any time. Withdrawals or certain features may be suspended until verification is complete. Providing false information or operating multiple accounts may result in all associated accounts being closed and funds forfeited.

The security of your account is entirely your responsibility. 3g33 encourages you to ensure the following:

• Use a strong password that you do not use anywhere else.
• Do not share your login details with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• If you use another person's device or a public network, log out of your account when finished.

3g33 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized third-party access caused by your own negligence.

The following methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals on 3g33: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank).

The following terms apply to claiming and using bonuses on 3g33:

• Welcome Bonus: 150% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making a total balance of ৳2,500.
• Wagering Requirement: 25x — calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• If bonus abuse is found, 3g33 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Withdrawing before the bonus terms are met will result in the bonus balance being cancelled.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts or the same IP address/device will be treated as fraud.

3g33 reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms of any bonus offer at any time without notice. Other promotional offers may have their own terms, which will be published separately with each offer.

The 3g33 VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback and other benefits apply at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

You can move up to higher tiers through regular active play. VIP benefits apply only on the basis of fair and compliant play. If fraud or unusual betting patterns are detected, VIP status and cashback may be cancelled.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3g33 platform:

• Minors using the platform or having accounts operated on their behalf.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing artificial or coordinated bets with the intent to exploit the bonus or promotion system.
• Using automated software, bots, or any other unfair technology.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward other users or staff.
• Taking unfair advantage of technical errors on the platform.

For violations of these rules, 3g33 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice and forfeit the associated balance.

All games on 3g33 are operated in accordance with fair play principles. The following rules apply to bets and gameplay:

• A confirmed bet generally cannot be cancelled.
• If a bet or round is left incomplete due to a technical error, 3g33 will settle it at its own discretion.
• For suspicious bets, 3g33 reserves the right to suspend payment and conduct an investigation.
• The rules of the game provider (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt) will also apply.

For sports betting, markets and odds may change. Odds fluctuating before or during a specific event is normal and 3g33 is not responsible for this.
